A little bit about me; I have been a full-time real estate professional for 27 years and have been investing in the Northern Virginia real estate market for over 30 years. In addition, I’ve been a small business owner, operator, and investor for 35 years.
My journey in real estate began in the 1990s, originally with the intention of representing myself in transactions. However, it quickly evolved into a full-time career in general brokerage, serving buyers, sellers, and leasing clients.
As a native of Arlington County and a product of its public school system, as well as a former George Mason University student, my deep local roots and local business background provided a strong foundation for my real estate career. I started as a sales agent with a REMAX office in Vienna, Virginia, where I thrived for 24 years. During my time with REMAX International Inc. I earned the company’s highest honors, became a licensed broker, and was recognized as one of the top sales professionals in the state of Virginia and the Atlantic Coastal Region. I was also inducted into the REMAX Hall of Fame and consistently ranked as a top producer with the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.
I am now fortunate to be affiliated with the number one real estate firm in Virginia, Samson Properties. I and many of the industry's top agents and teams have joined this amazing family-owned firm, to increase their capacity to assist customers. I have known the founders of the company for years and their friendly, family run business model is the most dynamic and “client centric” firm I have ever seen. Their focus is on delivering a successful customer experience and achieving goal-driven results—not just on agent sales! I credit my career sales record and accolades to a balanced approach. Maintaining a lighthearted, approachable demeanor while providing aggressive, results-driven, representation. I take every aspect of my work seriously. In 2022, I was honored to be recognized as a top-producing agent, on the cover of REAL PRODUCERS Magazine, having successfully closed 60 sales transactions within that calendar year.
While my track record may suggest that “I have seen and done it all,” it only scratches the surface of the dedication, sincerity, and care that I bring to every client relationship.
My business model is centered around one-on-one service. I am not part of a team; instead, I operate independently with the support of excellent resources to ensure high-level service, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Closing a high volume of sales is not my goal, achieving successful outcomes for each individual client is. Whether I’m working with one client or one hundred, my mission remains the same.
Direct client interaction is the foundation of my service. I believe that my value lies in the care, experience, and knowledge I offer personally. Over the years, I’ve also mentored many of today’s top-producing agents in the area. I start every day with renewed passion for serving my clients’ needs.
